Access and account eligibility depend on local law. Our terms include Indonesia-specific clauses that reflect applicable local regulations, and any conflicting provision defaults to what local law permits in your region.

Log into your account, go to Settings → Legal Documents, and submit a version request. We retain all historical terms versions and deliver the relevant document to your registered email within 72 hours of the request.

Yes. All payment records — including those processed via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS — are classified as personal financial data under our privacy policy and are subject to the same encryption, retention and access-right rules as your account profile data.

We send a notification to your registered email address at least seven days before any material change to our terms takes effect. The notification includes a summary of what changed and a link to the full revised document.

You may submit a deletion request through the Account Portal at any time. Profile data is removed within 30 days. Financial transaction records are retained only where local law or financial regulations require it, and you will be informed of any such retention obligation.

Our dispute resolution process starts with the Live Chat legal queue or our legal email inbox. If the matter cannot be resolved internally within 14 days, the dispute is referred to the applicable legal mechanism as defined in the jurisdiction clause of your active terms.

Navigate to Settings → Privacy → Cookie Preferences inside your account. Deselecting non-essential categories takes effect immediately and does not affect your ability to log in, make deposits via GoPay or QRIS, or access any core account feature.
